Dude zero i can totally understand. it has not quite been 12 hours for me yet, but help would be wonderful, although i do not have another way to deal quite yet. it is either the mj or the blade ok so sometimes both . you get the idea i hope.

I hope you are able to stop. I have a friend who used to do it, but she stopped and hasn't done it in years.

I just want to say that there is hope. I had been cutting off and on for the past 10 years. It has now been 2 months with no cutting . the overwhelming urge is not there either. i do take medication for bipolar disorder, so this does contribute, but i am also tired of looking at my scars. Imho think before you cut. I t will save you in the end. Scars don't always go away. Be careful. If you have not ever done it try not to get started as it is very addictive. Paco

I'm glad you feel there is hope I don't think there is for me as the scars and cuts are now another reason to self harm I'm caught in a cycle and I think I've had too much of this there is a little something that keeps me going but not hope ... I think it is punishment no suicide attempt will end this loneliness I am a horrible person and my sentance is life
