my pills generally work as well but i find myself not wanting to take them because at times i could be doing so many other things. It seems to be a waste of time, and effort many times.

I need sleep lol I have had insomnia for like 8 years now and when I went to the doctors all they gave me the other day was fucking melatonin I screwed at the doctors apparently I have to see my psychiatrist for anything stronger Well atleast I am off of anti depressants and have stopped cutting myself I suppose that is one high for me But I need sleep really bad

if only there was a way to eliminate sleep and still function during a manic period i could accomplish soo much. 48 hours is not enough time. then my body wants sleep, but my head is going a mile a minute.

I dont have insommia I think, there are just nights that I cant find any comfortable position to rest, probably need a change of bed.

i need suggestions it is 2 am and i can not sleep. i have taken all i can take depressed as hell and can not sleep. stay away from caffeine due to other medication. just coming off a manic period and can barely walk i am so tired. but yet can not sleep. need help. tia paco

it does take a long time for me too sometimes ill listen to music to try to sleep just put it on sleep so itll turn off after awhile but a lotta times it turns off before i get to sleep so maybe im not doing somthing right

Incenses can help to get some sleep. Thats my recommendation. Or taking a really hot shower. After that, Im always so tired with no energy and I fall asleep quickly. Other... you could.. mmmm... read a book, a really boring one. It will make you yawn and you should fall asleep. I hope my advice can help.

this sucks once again i can not sleep. it is 12am which does not normally bother me but i have to work early (for me) in the morning. my thoughts are racing a mile a minute. i am getting frustrated. i am going to take my dog out to try and wear myself out.

i do that a lot but i hadda go to work and so i didnt go to Mikes so i just stayed up all night anyway not being able to sleep so... kinda hard
