I find it very strange that people have insomnia. But my mum knew a woman who could not sleep for probably years (don't know how this could be possible, by the way there's a movie coming out about a guy suffering of insomnia, its horror). I don't know how it's possible. Back then I was like 10 and visited her mother's house, they were lovely persons, so I guess she isn't sleeping for longer years now. Now I am years older.

Wow! That's really gotta suck. The only reason I've been sleeping so well is that my pregnancy is exhausting. Takes a lot of energy, so I sleep once my head touches the pillow, but I wake up earleir than usual. *shrugs*

I have changing sleeping patterns but usually I am always awake in the early morning. I only don't like to get out of bed. Tomorrow is Monday, YUK. You're so lucky to experience mothermood. It's obvious your pregnancy is a bit helpful, it makes you sleep.

I agree. I can sleep. Up until I have the child, anyway.

hmmm when my mom has trouble sleeping she takes tylenol pm....its also a pain killer and she aches in her back and knees (that is what keeps her up) but it seems to work well for her. i suppose its not good to take if you don't actually have pain, but once in a while when you really need sleep it might help

some say we think too much or worry about our tasks ahead so we should have a pen and paper beside us to write things down so our mind is clear, this is supposedly going to help us fall asleep not to worry about things so much but has anyone heard of this at all or tried it?

yeah, i've heard of that too....but i never tried it. always something that i "mean to do" its funny....you're all tired, but as soon as you lay down, then all these things pop up and its nearly impossible to turn them off....haha, like the pop ups on the computer!

hahaha I heard of this method, I'd like to try it out, only at night I am too exhausted. That's the moment that I rest, I already write so much during the day (these days not too much somehow). I think so much that when I start writing, my hand gets exhausted, there's just too much to capture down on paper.
