better... but better isn't normal I fall asleep around 4:30 am when it used to be 8 am ish this week has been really good for sleep I have been fallin asleep between 1 and 2 am which is my personal best in the last 6 years! I still keep the lights on though and have to get up to check doors and locks on windows and all furniture has to go against the walls so that nothing can get behind me so sleep is ok but paranoia is still bad
