How are you sleeping now? You must be stressed, does your mother help you with Alex (its his name, right?) from time to time? My mum told me already if I'd ever get pregnant she'd be excited. I told her I won't. I am not capable to take care of children. You're younger than me, thus I admire your strength, being pregnant, and also taking care of another son. It must be a very hard work. I'd go crazy. Literally. I can't have much stress.

I can't sleep! I took my meds an hour ago, and my mind is racing still. Nothing to do, but oh well.

even if I'm dead tired, and I'm awake for already 24 hours I almost can't fall asleep...I think most people here don't have sleeping problems, but problems to fall asleep..I have been taking Sedinal since I was 6..with always a time I take it a time I don't take It else it doesn't work anymore...it's a homeopathic medicine,it's not sleeping pills but it helps you relax,so you can more easily fal asleep...In the hospital they gave me trazolan,it's antidepressive but in small doses it makes you sleepy..but that was too strong for me..got sick from it...don't know what to do about not sleeping..should find a solution though cuz night is the most dangerous time for me when thinking about cutting, throwing up ect....but I think that count's for all of us no?..chrs

@ paco: What medication do you use to fall asleep?
My doctor prescribed me chlordiazepoxide. It made me rather sleepy... let's say the entire day. When I stopped, I got an unbearable headache and couldn't sleep for a week straight. My head was throbbing badly.
@ dwelfusius: I wonder why you have sleeping problems? From the age of 6, that's a really long time to be on medication to this date still. I also hope you will find the solution, especially to not be busy thinking about ways to destroy yourself more.. I might add, it must be really hard.

I've heard of that medication. They all sort of sound the same and it's easy to confuse them such as lorazepam, oxazepam, citalopram etc.
I've been on oxazepam, citalopram, effexor. I got diazepam (2 packages) but never used it. I don't dare.
